Nationally Accredited Training Qualifications

Founded in 2008, OneLegal Training & Recruitment is a nationally accredited Registered Training Organisation (RTO) authorised to deliver and assess specific nationally recognised qualifications. We offer three nationally accredited qualifications, all of which are delivered through self-paced, online study.

Our entry level qualifications are the BSB30320 Certificate III in Legal Services and the BSB40620 Certificate IV in Legal Services. These courses provide a solid foundation for those aspiring to enter the legal industry, equipping you with essential skills and knowledge to start your successful legal career in roles such as a Legal Assistant, Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator or Legal Receptionist.

Our BSB50720 Diploma of Paralegal Services is designed for individuals with over two years of legal industry experience such as Legal Assistants, Legal Secretaries, Paralegals and Law Clerks, who wish to formalise their legal knowledge and expertise and advance their legal career prospects. Alternatively, this qualification is also suitable for those who are prepared to complete three additional pre-qualifying subjects before beginning the course.
