Upon completing this qualification, you'll be equipped with the skills and experience required for an entry-level role in a law firm or similar legal setting. The expertise gained from this course will also enhance your current role if you’re already working in the legal field.
The BSB40620 Certificate IV in Legal Services involves completing 10 Units of Competency in an online virtual law firm environment. You’ll act as a “pretend” Legal Assistant, performing tasks and handling scenarios that reflect real-world law firm activities. Through the Student Portal, you'll engage with interactive eLearning materials and readings. After each Unit, complete and submit your written and practical assessments via the Portal. We’ll review your submissions, and if deemed "competent," you can move on to the next Unit. If not, we’ll provide guidance on achieving a "competent" outcome.
There are no specific entry requirements for BSB40620 Certificate III in Legal Service, although if you’re new to the legal field, you might want to start with our BSB30320 Certificate III Legal Services.
