Janie is our Managing Director/CEO. A qualified Lawyer and accredited Trainer/Assessor, Janie set up the OneLegal business in 2008. Previously, she worked in legal for over 15 years, as a Lawyer, Law Clerk and Legal Assistant, for firms including Freehills (now Herbert Smith Freehills), Blake Dawson Waldron (now Blake Dawson), Allens Arthur Robinson and Middletons (now K&L Gates) and several top UK firms.
An accomplished public speaker, Janie conducts presentations and consults to the legal profession on legal recruitment and training matters. In her spare time, she is involved in rescuing horses and is Secretary of a horse charity. She also owns over 20 of her own horses and enjoys spending time with them and her rescue cats and dogs, as well as dining out with her husband and friends.
